ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: -

                                 i.            No Candidate shall be eligible for recruitment to the service unless he holds a degree of Bachelor of Laws (Professional) of any University established by Law in India and recognised as such under the Advocates Act, 1961.

कोई भी अभ्यर्थी सेवा में भर्ती के लिए तब तक पात्र नहीं होगा जब तक कि वह भारत में विधि द्वारा स्थापित तथा अधिवक्ता अधिनियम, 1961 के अधीन इस रूप में मान्य किसी भी विश्वविद्यालय की विधि स्नातक (व्यावसायिक) की उपाधि धारित ना करता हो।

                               ii.            देवनागरी लिपि में लिखी जाने वाली हिन्दी भाषा तथा राजस्थानी बोलियों एवं सामाजिक रूढ़ियों (रीति-रिवाज) (Rajasthani Dialects and Social Customs of Rajasthan) का पूर्ण (Thorough) ज्ञान रखने वाला होना चाहिए।

Note:

विधि स्नातक (व्यावसायिक) L.B.(Professional) अन्तिम वर्ष/ अन्तिम सेमेस्टर की परीक्षा में सम्मिलित हो चका या सम्मिलित हो रहा आवेदक भी आवेदन करने के। उसे मुख्य लिखित परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने से पूर्व उक्त परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण कर लेने का प्रमाण (Proof) देना होगा।

AGE: -

आवेदक 1 जनवरी, 2022 को 23 वर्ष की आयु पूर्ण कर चुका हो किन्तु 35 वर्ष की आयु पूर्ण नहीं कर चुका होना चाहिए;

Scheme of Examination and Syllabus As Per 2021 Advetisment: -

 

The examination scheme for recruitment to the cadre of Civil Judge shall consist of :-

(1) Preliminary Examination (Objective Type)

(2) Written Main Examination (Subjective Type)

(3) Interview

 

Preliminary Examination:-

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Preliminary Examination shall be an objective type examination in which 70% weightage will be given to the subjects prescribed in syllabus for Law Paper-I and Law PaperII, and 30% weightage shall be given to test proficiency in Hindi and English language. The marks obtained in the preliminary examination shall not be counted towards the final selection.
